Barre Control – Beginner

A fun, full-body workout at the barre to create the ultimate lengthened, toned and beautifully aligned ballet body. Ballet based movements are ideal for toning the entire body and defining your glutes, legs and core abdominals as well as building body awareness, postural control and confident movement. A slower paced Barre class with close attention to technique.
