Pilates Circuit Class

The Pilates Circuit class is specific to our Wimbledon centre. A challenging class working out on all the Pilates equipment. Circuit classes incorporate the large and small Pilates equipment to provide us with exercise stations which are designed to give you an all over body work out as you spend 2 minutes on each station. They aim to improve fitness, co-ordination and provide toning for the whole body. Not for beginners, but a great class to aspire to and work towards.

Our Pilates circuit classes include:

  • Inter studio circuit: A fun and challenging circuit based class for those who are experienced and familiar with the Pilates machines. You will circuit through the reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels using a wide range of functional Pilates movements to challenge the strength, control, balance and flexibility of your body.


  • Advanced studio circuit: A definite class progression for Inter and above levels. This advanced circuit based class using the reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels offers greater variety and a faster pace. Ideal for progressing strength, stamina, total body awareness building greater balance and achieving results!


  • Ante/post natal circuit: The perfect class for you if your expecting or have recently received your precious baby. These classes are specifically designed by our Women’s Health Physiotherapist to consider and support the changes to your body during this incredible time. There will be focus on the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles that support your pelvis and lower back before and after pregnancy as well as attention to your total body posture which changes as your baby grows and with the changing post natal demands.
