Power Pilates was originally developed by our founder Glenn Withers to create a high level class for those experienced enough to really push themselves to new limits. In this program you work muscle group by muscle group to fatigue until your entire body has been toned, stretched and align to create a body shape you have always wanted.
Performed on and around the Pilates reformer, with the focus on strength, power and precision. This demanding, dynamic and fun workout is definitely for those without injuries.
