Our 3D Standing Pilates program was developed by our founding director Elisa Withers. As one of the worlds foremost experts on all things movement related Elisa combined the movements of Pilates, with those of Yoga, Gyrotonics and in depth fascial anatomy knowledge to create this diverse, challenging and bone building workout program. Exercises in Standing is crucial for bone health and the prevention and management of bone related disorders such as osteoporosis and osteopenia.
We are so passionate about upright exercise as part of our class offerings that in fact many of our classes will start with some of these unique Standing Pilates exercises. Its builds bone health, balance, co-ordination and provides an amazing workout for your legs, bums and waist especially.
